What the Work Involves
Recruit, hire, classify, and support the civilian workforce. Position descriptions and classification, staffing and recruitment, benefits and retirement counselling, performance and labour relations, and the veteran hiring authorities that bring a lot of this workforce in.
Qualifications
Specialised experience in one or more human resources functional areas. Federal staffing experience is valued and is not a prerequisite at the entry grades.
