Every enlistment ends with a person raising their right hand, and none of them get there without a civilian workforce that scheduled them, examined them, tested them, and processed the paperwork. The campaign puts that workforce in frame.
Aimed at people who have never considered federal civilian work and do not know these jobs exist. It runs on the careers site and through station outreach at hiring events.
